She also studied Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy with the California Hypnotherapy Institute of India. Abeer also practices Matrix Energetics®, an advanced quantum healing technique. Each session consists of 45 minutes Personalized Fitness Program or Yoga Session and a 15 minutes Nutritional Consultation. Packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
About Rita: Rita has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching internationally since 2008. She has completed a 340 hour teacher training program, recognized by REP`S (Registered Exercise Professionals UK) at the International Wellness Institute in Budapest, Hungary. Recently Rita has finished Swing Yoga teacher training in Dubai. She regularly visits India attending workshops and intensive courses in the cradle of Yoga. Rita loves fitness and dance as well, she is a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal trainer and also works as a Tutor/Assessor in the Leisure Industry. Her style is Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, she also studied Iyengar Yoga for three years and just getting familiar with Asthanga yoga
